I thought Forms 4.5.6 (Release 1.2) was the last 16 bit version.

Forms 4.5.7.?? (Release 1.3) was the first 32bit version. It was only certified for 95. It did work with NT, but there was some flakey quirks.

I haven't worked with release 1.6. I guess it's certified for both 95 & NT. If you need to maintain compatibility with a Unix release of forms (client side), you may want to hold here until 2.0 reaches your flavor of Unix (if 1.6 is available for your Flavor of Unix).

Forms 5.0 (Release 2.0) seems to work the same on 95 & NT (Flakey behavior is the same on both).
