To run a report you should generate a report-executable *.rep file with
File | Administration | Generate.
I think the *.rep file should be stored in the database and can then be run
with r25run.
Report-definition *.rdf files can not be run with r25run. So when you try to run your report it looks for the *.rep file which it can't find and tells you so!
