Urgent: OAS 3.0 to OAS 4.0 problem

Hi,
We just moved from OAS 3.0 to OAS 4.0 on Solaris and are using the PL/SQL cartridge.
With OAS 3.0 whenever an error occured during the execution of a PL/SQL procedure, it would throw up an error page in the browser that contained the error number, the stored program name and line number where the error occured. With OAS 4.0, the error page contains only the error number. What is the setting required so that the stored program name and line number where the error occured are displayed on the error page.
The error level for the PL/SQL cartridge is set to "Advanced" (as before).
Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.
