I have written a program that executes adhoc sql statements as a server process. This program worked properly on Solaris/Oracle 7.0. Now I have ported it to HP-UX 10.20/Oracle 7.3.2.2. When it is run ofetch does a core dump on retrieving the row after the end of the query. Is this a bug, or is there something different in 7.3? I have changed 'orlog' with 'olog'. I think that was all I needed to do.
