Designer/2000 - Domains with Dynamic List?: does not show up in DLL!

However, when the DLL is created, I did not found the constraints in the
'.con' file (which specify all the constrains). On the other hand, the
constrains for domains without "Dynamic List?" checked show up in the
'.con' file. Anyone has any suggestion on this?
