I have Problems compiling ESQL

I'm trying to compile C-Code with included ESQL-Statements. This can be done by the ProcC (in an extra NT-Window). But I need to compile the listing from a makefile without opening the standard
ProC-Window. Does anybody knows how to compile the listings without opening the Window? (like esql for UNIX-Ingres-ESQL)
