Dave/Doug,

I'm looking for the same.
Echo2000 (name is changed to ??) looks nice but It's expensive. You have to 'buy' an Oracle consultant who will install the software for you, train you and leaves the manuals, software behind when he/she leaves.

For version control we use RCS.

Keep me informed if there is anything comming up regarding version control.
