Testing functionality of Oracle ODBC driver

I would like to test/benchmark the Oracle 32 bit drivers before switching from the Microsoft MDAC driver we are currently using. Any ideas on how to compare the functionality of these drivers in a reasonable amount of time? We use VB5 against Oracle 7.3, SQLNet 2.3, async. queries, stored procedures, and API calls.
