decompilation of forms30

I have a form created under an "old version of SQL*Forms" (message FRM-40011) :
SQL*Forms Release 3.0.16.12.7
Using Oracle Toolkit Version 01.00.20.03.02 (Production) and PL/SQL Version 01.00.39.00.01 (Production)
running with Oracle 7.0.16

The new application is running under
SQL*Forms Release 3.0.16.12.9
Using Oracle Toolkit Version 01.00.20.03.02 (Production) and PL/SQL Version
01.00.46.03.01 (Production)
Using SQL*Menu Version 05.00.11.13.06 (Production)
running with Oracle 7.2
The '.inp' of the old application is lost. I have only the '.frm' Is it possible to decompile the '.frm' and then generate it for the new version of the application ? I really do not want to rebuild the application.
