TreeView in Forms

has anybody ever used a treeview within a forms application? i'm wondering that i can't find any post on such a subject.

i've tried the protoview dataexplorer, works ok (not fine, but ok) with this activex control i have the problem, that this component implements a tree combined with a list/edit view. i only need and want a treeview.
(i know there is a microsoft tree view, but i dont want to by a license for visualbasic to use it!)

so, any suggestions which treeview to use in forms are welcome...
