Dev2K/Forms designer problem with list item

I can't remember how to delete one of the entries on a list item.

I am working with Dev2K Forms designer v4.5 on a PC + Win95.

I want a list item with 2 list elements only and I can't erase the 3rd one which automatically appears.
Someone remembers how to delete the extra one?
