Getting array of rows from PL/SQL

[Quoted] Is there a way to get an array of rows back from from a PL/SQL procedure ? [Quoted] Specifically, what I am interested in is getting a limited fixed number of [Quoted] rows (in batches) at a time from the database and passing it back to the client for display.
