The 16 bit VBX control will not work in Windows 95 or Windows NT. You will need to use a 32 bit OCX. Using an OCX with Forms 4.5 is not as straight forward as using a VBX, but it is **not** impossible. I would suggest that you use Forms 5.0 which has its own tab controls.
