I was trying to open ARXAGE.rdf file (FTPed from UNIX to Window95) using
Oracle Report (2.5) Designer.
The Open failed with the message

Oracle Report (2.5) Designer.
The Open failed with the message
REP-0729: The Program Unit arp_standard of size 128889 is too big to be loaded for the current platform at the limit of 65023.
