Designer 2K Permissions Question

Any help is greatly appreciated:

I have Des 2K installed on NT 4.0 in C:\ORANT; This area is not writable to the average user (only C:\TEMP is writable).

When I Forms generate a module, I get a FRM 10044 (can't write file);however,
as a priviledged user on the NT Box (C:\ORANT is writable), the error does not occur.

Can anyone help?

I have changed the "working directory" to c:\temp and all paths in the module generation screens. I also set the ORACLE_TEMP registry to c:\temp.
