Saving to the database

I am having problems saving my Forms4.5 to database. I have run the relevent scripts ie FRM45bld, FRM45GRT. When I try to save it to the database, all I get is TABLE CANNOT BE FOUND. I am using Personal Oracle7 on a PC with Windows95. Any Help would be appreciated, Oracle Help-Line couldn't solve the problem.
