Get_Property functionality in "Help-About" menu

I am trying to show the version of a form from a <HELP><ABOUT> menu
item.
Forms Items that I would like to show are the checksum, file size,
modification date, ...
These things are not available in the get_property function.
Does anyone have any thoughts on how to grab this information?
