Any tools to unload Oracle data into SQL*Loader format?

[Quoted] [Quoted] I need to be able to unload data from 150+ tables in one database and then [Quoted] [Quoted] load them into the same 150+ tables on another database. Is there a tool that [Quoted] would unload the data in a format usable by SQL*Loader and optionally, create [Quoted] the control file?
