How to re-engineer into Oracle?

I have been charged with re-engineering all corporate application systems into an Oracle Designer 2000 Repository. Without paying $100,000 for an oracle gateway, I am in search of a method to re-engineer IDMS and OBJECT STAR systems either directly or indirectly into the Oracle Repository. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
