Alternativ for DataBrowser

[Quoted] our user use the ORACLE DataBrowser, but now ORACLE will not sale it as a product. It is only a mamber in DEVELOPER2000 (6.000 $ !!!). For my new user I need a enduser tool like DataBrowser (QuiryBuilder). Do you know any others produkts for creating SQL without SQL-Know how.
