Designer/2k repository update problems (ORA-06508)?

A very frequent occurrence is:
RME-00222: Failed to dispatch operation to Repository
RME-00020: Internal API error - ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find
program unit being called
This is on a W95 machine with 32 Mb and D/2k, ERD, DFD and FHD running but nothing else.
Anyone else have this experience?
