You can insert it in you ORACLE.INI if you are using 16bits tools or
you have to edit your registry if you are using 32bits tools ( in
Windows95: Start, Run: regedit, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SOFTWARE, ORACLE) and
add there the path where your reports are.
Example:
REPORTS25_PATH=C:\MY_PROG\REPORTS
