You sure can.

There are a few registry entries you'll have to update:

FORMS45_PATH -- make sure the path is set for the location of your forms, libraries (and you'd better put eports here too...I am not sure of that one)
REPORTS25_PATH (put path for reports and libs) PLSQLLOAD_PATH (put path for libs)
TK23ICON (put pathy for icons)

One thing you have to watch out for...there is a limit in the NT registry such that each key may contain only 255 characters. If you go beyond that, it starts to drop paths off from the begining. If you have to get rid of some...delete the ones with the <drive>\...\...\demos

A good idea before making registry changes is to export the applicable registry branch. navigate through regeedit down to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> SOFTWARE -->ORACLE. Then click file --> export registry --> and then save it as anything you want to as long as it has the .reg extension. If you manage to screw up, just double-click this file and it will rewrite itself to the registry.
