Problem with converting SRW report to Oracle Report 2.5

Greetings:

We have several reports that did not work correctly after being converted from SRW REX files to Oracle Report 2.5 RDF files. When we ran them on the ALPHA VMS, the generated files appeared one character per line, while within the Developer 200, everything (screen or file) looked fine.

This strange output did not happen to every user: user A might get a good output from report X but not report Y, and user B might get a good output from report Y but not report X. We tried to redump and reconvert the REX file to a RDF file, and modify the RDF file to character mode. None of them worked.

Did anyone have similar situation? How can I fix this problem? Thanks in advance.
