Where is Oracle Developer Tools User Group?

I've been trying to hit the ODTUG web site (www.odtug.com) for several days and have not been able to connect from any of several locations. I registered with them by phone 3 weeks ago but have not received my membership packet/password/CD. I need their phone number to call and followup-- but can't get to the web site.

What's their phone number? Where are they? What's the deal?
