Reports 2.5: Avoid Breaking Page on Plain Files

I have a report for generating a plain file, but I always get some lines in blank after each page, eventhough I have made all this things:

        Set Mode=character

	       Desformat=No_ff.prt ( from c:/orawin95/report25/printers/).
	or	
	       Desformat=No_ff.prt ( from c:/orawin95/report25/printers/) without
after Page and with  
                        control(L) , and in this case I get  a blank line

	Report Properties:
	    Report:	
		Unit of Measurement: Inch
		Page Width x Height: 70 x 512
	   Parameter Form:
		Form Width x Height: 4 x 512
	  Character Mode:
		Report Width x Height: 700 x 1000
		Use Character Mode in designe = Yes
						

I'm runing with Windows95, Oracle 7.3, and Report 2.5.5.0.12

Can anyone help me?
