PO8 connectivity with D2K under Windows95

Can anybody help me how to connect PO8 database to work with Dev2K/Des2K under Winows95? PO8 and D2K both are installed in ORAWIN95 home directory. Sqlplus80 connects fien with the database but if I try to connect with Sqlplus33 or Forms4.5 it returns an error ORA-03121 No interface driver connected function not performed
Any help is appreciated.
