Win 95/NT4 -> Oracle 7.1

I try to connect my application developped in WIN 95/NT4 to the server Oracle 7.1. on the SCO Unix Server
I use D3 and BDE32 bits for my development.

I try ORANT71.DLL with SQLNet 1.0 but I receive ORA-06105 Error. I try ORANT71.DLL with SQLNet 2.3 but I receive ORA-03121 Error.

What is the best way to connect my app. to Oracle 7.1 on TCP/IP ?

Which SQL*Net version and which ODBC can I use and where can I find it ?
