[Quoted] We are contemplating deploying thick-client Reports 2.5 reports using the Oracle Webserver and Reports Server.

We have some reports with a large number of items which need to be in specific locations on the page, because the users want to print the reports from the web and end up with the same report as when the thick-client report is run.

When we run the reports on the web, all the demarcation lines between report sections don't print. The page breaks don't match up with the actual page size, and some headings are reformatted/moved so the appearance is different than the thick-client report.

Is it possible to get the hard-copy printed output of web reports to (almost) exactly match the output when the report is printed using Developer 2000?
