Designer/2000 DDW

[Quoted] In attempting to use the Database Design Wizard I'm running across the same error on several tables. The error message(s) are:

     ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments:
     [12421],[],[],[],[],[],[],[]
     ORA-06512: at "DES2.CIOCOLUMN", line 264
     ORA-06512: at line 118

I can't seem to figure out what is causing this error. While it's not on ever table I attempt to create, it seems to happen with most of them about 10 or so attributes in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
