Applications programmed for Oracle (not Oracle Applications)

When it comes to applications programmed for Oracle (using Oracle 7 or 8 as the backend database), which programs do you feel are industry leaders for small to medium sized companies -- particularly for sales force automation, marketing and non-accounting applications

I am interested in what experiences you have had. My questions include which application(s) you'ved used, how much they've cost and for how many users -- general questions.
