You use Oracle Terminal, and you edit file fmrusw.res. But it would be a lot easier to use a when-mouse-doubleclick trigger, or put a button on your form for the user to click. Better yet, before the user gets to the field, put the current date value into the field, and then when the cursor gets to the field, allow the user to change it.
