Using SQL*Net Easy Config IS the easy way. However the Lazy Man's Way (or is it the efficient way) is to create that information on ONE server and then locate a file called TNSNAMES.ORA (located in your %ORACLE_HOME%\NETWORK\ADMIN directory i.e. "ORAWIN\NETWORK\ADMIN") and copy it to your OTHER oracle home directory on the same computer and then copy it to ALL of your computers. This file is the same format for the ORACLE Client on 16 and 32 bit Windows Platforms.
