You may want to check the Oracle MetaLink site at http://support.oracle.com/metalink/ if you have Oracle support. You need a password, which you get (if you have Oracle support) by going to the www.oracle.com website, clicking on support, and registering for MetaLink.

There are product "patches" on the MetaLink site which *may* help...
