how to populate a list with a dynamic query

[Quoted] Hi everyone,

[Quoted]    I have a form that has two related fields, dept and contact. The contact [Quoted] field lists all the employees in the each dept. What I want to do is to populate the contact field with the appropriate list according to the value [Quoted] in the dept field, that is, I will need to create a record group dynamically. I have tried several ways but I couldn't get a result, any help will be appreciated.
