Forms4.5 and MS SQL Server

Hi,
Have you any good or bad experience with Oracle Forms4.5 against MS SQL Server 6.5. I have read about this possibility in Forms Advanced Techniques Manual but I don't believe that it is possible to use this solution for powerful database application.
