Sharing object from Oracle OLE 2 between C++ and VB

I try to share object between a DLL written in C++ and that access OLE class and the VB program

I'm not sure if this is possible.

when I try to create the dynaset in the DLL and return it to VB, I crash.

Does somebody has an experience about such programming ? Should the object be create in the VB program or in the DLL ?
