Look at SQL-Programmer 2.1
Full PL/SQL Editor with Color Syntax Highlighting (built-in Lexer), Source Version Control, Documentation Generation, Check-in/Check-out for team programming, FAST editor for over 16Meg each of text space and quite more!
Also, SQL-Programmer works with Sybase and Microsoft SQL Server (and Transact-SQL) during the same session if required.
