BZZZT :-) DBD::Oracle works under NT - (Tim Bunce says so :-)! He is also responsible for the DBD::ODBC module which (contrary to popular belief) works under UNIX as well as NT. I know this because he developed it under unix... :-)

Good advice.

The dbi-users mailing list is THE place to get first rate advice and support. Mailing Tim direct is not recommended as a first step - he gets so much email that many messages are simply forwarded to dbi-users. Also there are many system specifc hints files now available for DBD::Oracle. If you are not a reader and ask an FAQ in dbi-users you will get the RTFM answer - so save yourself some embarassment and read the hints files.

Another option for those requiring commercial support is the perl clinic as http://www.perl.co.uk/tpc/ See the back page of TPJ - you do get TPJ don't you? :-) </PLUG>
