Runtime icon and that pesky MDI

Guys
I have a lurvely little icon of a flower sitting in the program manager to denote my Developer/2000 Forms 4.5 application. Fine. However, when said application is running and I minimise it to an icon from the MDI, guess what! No more pretty flower, rather the bog standard forms runtime lightening flash.
Any ideas how I can substitute the standard icon for the flower?
