Forms 4.5 - Magic menu items

Does anyone know.....

How can i change the font of the magic menu-items?
Is it possible to change the name of the magic menu-items?
When don't add the magic menu-item 'Window' to a menu at runtime it will be add automatically. Can it prevent that?
