Running V7.3 on OpenVMS, Alpha box.
Database created OK, catproc etc. ran OK.
Can access the packaged procedures interactively through SQLPlus in the
required schema.
Pro*Pascal modules which call the procedures/functions will not compile.
Get messages like DBMS_PIPES.UNPACK_MESSAGE must be defined (or something
of that ilk).
Precompiling with semantics check, oracle mode, release cursor and version 7.
