Sorry but Jeff is right.
My conf is 486 DX5, 24 MB, 1700 Quantum , 2MB Video.(More the better )
Oracle 7.3.3
Dev 2K (1.3)
Win 95
Aceptable (I'am Developing).
And I've tryed also with DES 2K and it did run. (DES to slow but it did run)
