Forms 4.5 16bit to 32bit problem

[Quoted] I have developed several forms under forms 4.5 16bit which work ok, but when I move them onto a machine that has the 32bit version loaded and re-generate the executable it has a strange feature, the buttons dont work in the same way, clicking on them only set focus to the button, I then have to press enter to activate the button. the code has not changed, is this a bug or do I have to change something ?
