WebForms (Dev2K 1.4W) Icons

I'm trying out Dev2K 1.4W by moving some existing applications to the web environment. I'm having trouble in getting the icons to appear correctly. I converted the .ico files to .bmp using a utility that I have, then using a graphics utility converted those files to .gif. The icons that do appear are not positioned correctly (you can only see the lower right portion of the icon, and the background colors on some seem to cause a problem.

Does anybody know of a direct .ico to .gif converter? Is there anything special I should be doing? FWIW, my web environment is Sun Solaris, and my normal Forms environment is WinNT.
