There are three excellent books on Designer 2K out right now and several more on the horizon. Billings et al. "Rapid Application Development with Designer/2000" is a jump in and start doing kind of a book.
"Oracle Designer/2000" by Dorsey and Koletzke is published by Oracle
Press. It gives a great overview of the tool and is a must for managers and others who want to know how to make the tool work and how it interfaces with the rest of Oracle. "Oracle Designer/2000" (notice the identical name) by Anderson and Wendelken is the most nuts and bolts of the three.
