Bill--Connecting Access (or almost anything) to Oracle requires SQL*Net, even using ODBC. So you install SQL*Net, in this case ORAWIN95, the 32-bit version (required for Access 95 aka V7, or later). Then the ODBC driver is set up, which requires you to provide the TNSNAMES connect string name. Then you MUST make sure you have ORAWIN95/BIN in the path. That should do it.
