Saving Forms to Database

I'm trying to save a 4.5 form to the database and get an ORA-492 (or was it 942) table or view does not exist.

I'm running dev/2K v.1.2 on Win95. Connecting to local PO7 database. I ran FRM45BLD.SQL to create forms tables and views, I ran FRM45GRT.SQL to grant privileges to SCOTT/TIGER.

Any suggestions?
