Fetching select sentence that has been executed by 'Execute_Query'

Hi,

Is there any system variable or other that keeps the where clause that is performing? In other words, when I use 'Execute_Query', how can I fetch the select sentence that has been executed? More generally - I want to run a query on one block, based on user input that was inserted in other block (both blocks refers to the same table).
