Problem with radio buttons in Forms 4.5 for Win NT

[Quoted] I am having an unusual problem with radio button groups in Forms 4.5 for Windows NT 4.0. I create a radio button group with several radio buttons, assign a value to each of the buttons, set the radio group item's default value to the value of one of the buttons, and when I run, if I try and select a different button other than the default checked button, the form goes into an endless loop, alternately checking the previously selected button and the one that I have checked. At that point, I have to kill the form with task manager.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of problem with radio buttons?
